what is the main benefit of SAP Connector and how to use it?

Hi,

what is the main benefit of SAP Connector and how to use it? and can i use SAPSQLConnector with SAP has DB2 as back-end?

You can directly connect to SAP database using an ODBC/OLEDB driver. But that will probably not give you a comforting output. You might need an extra effort to translate internal SAP structures and use the metadata to find usable output.
