Not able to connect to Salesforce.com

Hello Everyone,

I am facing an issue with salesforce.com i am not able to connect to salesforce.com through qlikview,it is giving me an error message related to login as username or password or toked password is not correct,although i am able to login with the user and password to the site directly ,plz help it is very urgent.

Only QlikTech partner can login salesforce.com site.

no i am able to login to salesforce.com the issue is i am not able to make connection to it from qlikview

Sometimes just a restart will work!

Try it out once.

i cannot restart the server.

Your problem is in:

- Connection String or Infrastructure;

Take a look in http://d1cf4w4kkla6tb.cloudfront.net/SFConnector/11.00/10017/QlikView%20SalesForce%20Connector%20Ref...

It´s not a problem with Sales Force Connector.
