Can I create a Qvw file that anyone can see it freely from their own personal edition Qlikview

Hi, I'm new to Qlikview. Now we need to create a file that anyone could download it and view it using their own personal edition Qlikview without any privilage or authorization. Our desire situation is that our file is like the Qlikview Demo that we can download and see it freely from Qlikview website using our own desktop Qlikview.

My questions are

(1) is it possible to create a file as I described above

(2) if possible, how can we do that.

No you can't. Qlik only can do that.
