How can I create this Calendar Box

How can I create these "clickable" months all put in a box. It seems like putting listboxes into a container. Can you advice

This is actually a List Box of Month Field

Create a New List Box for Month Field

Go to Presentation Tab

Untick Single Column

Fixed Number of Columns as 2

Now adjust the list box size

You can use Order By Column also if you want... tick and untick the same to check the changes happenning
