How to calculate current selection % out of total

Hi there,

I am facing some diffculties using set analysis to get the following:

I have contractor and Direct Hire employees in my records. 

Employee	ID	Type of Hire
name 1	1	Direct
Name2	2	Contractor
Name 3	3	Contractor
Name5	4	Contractor

I would like to know percentage of each by type of hire out of the total in a text box as below. in case one of them is selected a filter the other  figure shall show 0.

% of Direct Hire

25%

% of Contractors

75%
