I have a issue with a requirement so i drop a mail at email@example.com for help, but i got a reply saying that i need to rise a ticket with there support team ,can any one help how and from where do i need to rise a ticket?

Goto support.qlik.com with your community ID. Your community ID should be tagged to either to customer or partner's email addresses.
You can raise tickets under case's tab.
