Hpw can we supress execute prompt?

Hi Qlikviewrs!!

I have an execute command in the script which prompts for some action which users needs to select each time the report is reloaded.

Actually this is for an EDX trigger provided wherein the user can reload & distribute the report.

How can we suppress this without any user getting the prompt?

Hi,

Make sure that in the script editor dialog, in the tabs at the bottom, "Settings", "Can execute external programs" is checked and the document saved after that. Check as well the Settings menu, Document Properties, Security tab to make sure that is set as you need.
