Percentage of Row for each Column

I am trying to get the Percentage for each week of the month. So in each month the weeks should add up to 100%. Right now it is taking the total of everything. If you select one month it works just fine. Any thoughts?

Sum({$<[DETAIL_TYPE] = {1,10}>}AMOUNT)/Sum(total{$<[DETAIL_TYPE] = {1,10}>}AMOUNT)

Below is what I want to see but not filtered on just one month.
