Playback function to see how the data is moving

Hi,

We have been trying to provide a playback function by time on the data to observe how it is transforming.

Is there a tool or method we can use? We are opened to QlikView or QlikSense

A good example is : http://www.weather.gov.sg/mobile/home/

By observing how the data is moving, we can see more or less where the data is heading.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

We have option Called Animation. Like wise data is loading.
