Hi at all,
i'm new to work with Qlikview and have a simple Question:
i've a Listbox where some values are double:
I want to see every Value as single Value and not how often the Value is occourred.
Thanks for helping...
Hi Martin,
I know this won't meet your requirement but a list box will only show unique values, because it is generally used as a selector. If you have a list box containing numbers and two of them are the same, then you will have no idea which row you are selecting is associated with.
An easier way to put it is to think about it like this: if you have 1,000,000 rows of addresses, would you want the Country listbox to list out USA thousands of times or once? You click USA in the list box and other tables react to that selection, showing you the data you want to see.
If you must see each value individually in a box, you will have to use a straight table that contains other fields that make that row unique and then hide all columns (except ping_delay) in the presentation tab.
I am not cleat on your requirement but If you remove the check mark for "Show Frequency" it will display only unique values. See attached screen shot:
Thanks for your answer.
Then i see every value once only and not how often it occourred.
For example:
The Value "24.4" appears twice. So i want to see the Value twice in this view:
Hi,
Right Click on List box-->Properties-->GeneralTab-->Uncheck"Show Frequency Option".
Regards
By Default distinct values are shown in a List box. the frequency can be removed as suggested by Thirumala or Mahesh.
But my question is do you want to remove the duplicates in List box or in data model.
