Struggle for several hours about pivot table's color setting problem

Here's comes a big problem to me. Hope anyone can help. Thanks in advance~

1. I can't remove the blank spece from my pivot which leads my pivot color inconsistent,

2. I can't set the line color as pic 2

You need a macro or some other work around to take off those empty spaces. However, you get the red border lines,

Click Ctrl+G, then using Before and After cell color, you can get the red lines. Like here:

Thanks for your reply. Ctrl+G doesn't work. It still change the vertical line.

try to  follow below steps

go to -->View tab--> select design grid

then select you table  right clik custom format cell

there follow below image  you wll get it.

It works for straight table but not in pivot table. Is it a bug? I'm using Version 11.20.12577.0 SR8.
