What does the term "Synchronization" mean in Data warehousing?
It could mean different things depending on the context and the person saying it.
But I would say in QlikView terms regularly reloading your source data into your dashboard qvw to keep it up to date [sync'd] to your source data.
The dashboard will soon get out of sync again though, until the next reload sync's it.
