how to convert yearmonth in to fiscal year

Hello,

         Is it possible to convert the below values in to fiscal year ...

CMonth

201604

201605

201606

201607

when it come to fiscal year all the above values are FY2017

Expression i tried :

                          year(addmonths(CMonth,9)) as Fiscal Year

but i am getting any output ..

is there any other way to write this expression

Year(AddMonths(Date#(CMonth, 'YYYYMM'), 9)) as [Fiscal Year]
