link table data redunction

hi all,

i have transaction table, budget table and calendar connected through link table

all is working fine, except when saving to access point folder values from budget table being reduced.

unchecked 'reduce data' from security tab on document properties.

any idaes?

This meant that some key-values (from the section access to the datamodel) aren't (correctly) mentioned within the section access or that they are NULL then NULL entries won't be covered by a * wildcard. Therefore there is no way to bypass it unless to check and clean these key-values and maybe replace and/or fullfill the missing one with 'Null' or 'Missing' or anything what you like and then assigning them within the section access, too.

This could happens if section access is implemented - therefore check for it.
