x% of total in sorted values

I need to calculate the x% items.

for instance:

Item	Quantiy
1	2
2	4
3	6
4	8
5	10
6	12

ordered by quantity and then the items that lead to 25% of the total

item	quantity	cumulative
6	12	12
5	10	22
4	8	30
3	6	etc.
2	4
1	2
		42

25% of total = 10,5 so my result should be: item 6

item	quantity
6	12
