     I want to know whether can the Publish distribute qvws to users,whose haven't Lincese on Server?

Hi

No - all users will need some sort of license (named user or document license), or if you have session licenses, or an extranet license, then the user can make use of these licenses if they dont have user/document CALs (subject to certain limitations). Search here for licensing methods or speak to your Qlikview Partner for the options available to you and for prices of the various license options.

However, you can distribute PDFs or Excel extracts from the model to users without QV licenses.
