A problem with access to Qlikview Publisher Control Panel

Hi,

I've a little problem with Qlikview Publisher (8.50). Test reports are working good, but I can't get to the Publisher. It return error message (You don't have access to this QVP CP) - first picture...

But I don't know where problem is.. Services about QV in Windows looks OK (picture 2)

And IIS configuration should be ok too (as I said, I can get some reports, but I only can't get to Control Panel) - picture 3..

Do you have any idea, where problem is? Thank you...
