I am struggling with the following error:
Access Denied..!! The server is currently out of SESSION and CALs. If the problem persists please contavt your administarator.
I need to delete some CALs and add new CALs to the new doc.
you can remove assign CAL of document.
QEMC --> User Document --> Select App --> Remove or delete CALs
Note, you may delete CALs; however, you must wait a 24 hr quarantine period ,unless a CAL has been used more that 24 hrs.
Without waiting for 24 hrs you can not assign CAL because you already assign all license to particular users.
Hi I agree with others here.
Apart from that I also suggest that end users should not access or use this cals for the next 24 hours.
Otherwise the counter will be reset to next 24 hours from the last access date.
If your Environment is small and if you don't wan't to wait.
