Access Denied for User Acess Point

I have one user who had access to last week, I wonder why he can no longer access any QlikView document by Access Point:

Access Denied! The server does not have the attribute USER CAL for your account.Please contact the system administrator!

it is only with a specific user ... to see the CALS server the user has a CAL to the user login.
