Access denied message due to out of Session and usage Cals

Hi,

We are getting this message frequently after Qlikview 12 upgrade. When we check in QMC no sessions logs and usage cals available. But only few users logged in access point when we checked in QV statics. Please do the needful.

You should analyze the QlikView Server Events log. If this log is set to High Verbosity, you should see which users are consuming Sessions/Usage CALs and also when the Sessions CALs are returned to the pool.
