Access point issue

Hi Guys,

I have a quick question here.

One of my end user not able to login to Test Server Access point however he could able to access the PROD Access point. URL for both the servers almost similar only the pointing server number differs. For eg. http://iopx1089.dc.client/qlikview/index.htm

Kindly throw some insights to get rid off this issue.

https://(give the server system name)/qlikview/index.htm..


Open the dashboard in the access point and send that direct dashboard url to user.

Need more info.

  • Is there Section Access
    • Does Section Access use Windows Authentication
  • What does he see when can't login
    • Does it say anything about password failure
    • Does the Access Point page come up
  • Are both servers on the same domain

Please post screen shot . It will help us to see issue before providing exact solution.

Does the user have a license on the Test Server?

Licenses are NOT transferable between servers. Just because he has a license on the Production Server this doesn't give him free access to the other server.
