Access point tool bar

Hi Guru's,

As per our requirement we hide access point tool bar,it's working fine when i am logged into  access point . When my user logged  into access point open same dashboard the tool bar still appears . Any suggestions.

how did you hide the access point tool bar ?? using custom login page ?

if you have removed the tool bar by removing the <Div> section in C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewAjax

then try to restart the IE and then try

Thanks your quick response .

Restart means do i need to uninstall IE and Install again.

not required ...just restart the IE service

I don't know the way how to restart can you tell me the where it is located and how to restart.

  1. In Internet Explorer , click the Tools toolbar button and choose the menu command Internet Options.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Click the Reset button.The Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box appears. It’s not an entertaining read.
  4. Click the Reset button in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box.Purge! Purge! Purge!
  5. Click the Close button.
  6. Click the OK button and then:
  7. Close all open Internet Explorer windows to restart Internet Explorer.
