AccessPoint OpenMode

In QlikView 8.5 you could modifiy the Plugin Window openmode from Accesspoint to always be opened in a new windows.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\Publisher\AccessPointService\Settings.xml

Is this possible in QlikView 9.0 and where do I modify this?
