Accessing Qlikview applications from Internet

Dears,

we have Enterprise Edition Server ,

End users want to access the Qlikview applications from internet.

so i need some help/suggestions about the security ,will it works for authentication of Activity Directory?

To make a qlikview server accessable per internet isn't recommended from a security point of view. Better would be to bring outside users into the company intranet per VPN or to implement an environment with several levels - inside - dmz - outside. More informations could you get within the book QlikView Server and Publisher, see: Books and literature.

I have done this by putting a web server, running IIS / https, in the DMZ.  With standard firewalling, both to the LAN and to the internet.

Regarding to authentication, you can only use Active Directory if you follow Marcus' recommendation of using an VPN.

Bill's method would probably use DMS authorization.
