Accesspoint not working via VPN

Hi,

We've opened up our Qlikview's accesspoint to be accessed via VPN. User authocan login and his window token is identified. once authenticated a list of the authorized documents is displayed. The icon of the document is "broken" once document is clicked upon an error is shown.

I see no cases with issue in the past. I would contact Sonic Wall and see if they can help you.
