After CAL is assigned, document is not shown in Access point

Hi

One of our client created a new windows user, then assigned a CAL to that user. When that user logs in he sees the access point with No document listed.

Any Idea on whats happening? I thought of deleting the pgo file , but not sure whether that's the right approach

Thanks,

AP

Hi,

Did you have any Section Access in the Qlikview file?  If yes then you have to include his name in that list.

Did you given access to the Dashboard for this user?

Regards,

Jagan.

Hi,

Do you have publisher?

If yes, then you need to distribute this document to that user.

If not add this user to qlikview application via windows security NTLM mechanism.

Hope it helps

Aji,

If you using NTFS right, Check the effective permission for that document. ( also you must climb up to the folder,if the permission are fine in the document) . You can read more: View Effective Permissions on Files and Folders
