Ajax friendly objects in QlikView

Hi,

We have observed a strong delay in response in Ajax compared to IE Plugin.

Earlier we used to have IE Plugin and the dashboard was faster. The issue started once we switched to Ajax from IE Plugin. The dashboards are very slow and I am just thinking if there are any objects(atleast some) which will be faster in Ajax as well.

Hi,

Have a look at below posts.

Pluggin will be faster then compare to ajax, as it directly interact with server.

Whereas Ajax will go through webserver.

Thanks for the prompt response. I know that Ajax is slow compared to Plugin. I am just interested in finding out if there are any objects in QlikView which perform faster in Ajax as well.

I don't think so there is any such objects.

Except few extensions only works with Ajax.

I am sorry. If you look at my question, we are currently not using IE Plugin but only Ajax and the version of Qlik is 11.2 SR6.

In that case, we are restricting the users to use only IE browser. It can be any browser.

Have you tested with all the versions of IE? Same slowness happens in all the version?
