An object created by user can we share it with another user for example a chart.

As in objects created by users through the access point? In IE plugin, select the server objects toolbar pane which will give you a list of created objects, the user can then choose to share from there.

same in Ajax is the repository

I think if the user is logged in the server in the aplication, when acces to the menu

and from that can share an object.

Or in the AJAX client, for every object you created and want to share, go to Object->Properties->Options, click the More... button and out comes a window with sharing options.

Note that as soon as you enable the "Share Object" checkbox, the object will be shared immediately. There is no OK button to press first.
