Animated charts not working when accessed from accesspoint ( Ajax client)

We have developed few animated charts which work fine in qlikview desktop client . when we deploy it into server and try to access it from AccessPoint, it won't work( it just displays as normal chart without play button). We are currently using V9 SR5 . Is there any setting that need to be make on server or in document properties to make it work in server using ajax client.

It's possible that the animation isn't compatible with AJAX ... have you tried turning on the WebView option (under View) to see if it works in your desktop client?
