Any references or tutorials about QlikView Enterprise Management Console?

Hi, are there any other References or Tutorials for the Enterprise Management Console (for Example: how to Reduce a Report and sending them as a PDF-File via Email)?

I dont have an idea how the reduce of Documents work 😕 I read the "Qvs Reference Manual 9.0", but its not really helpful.
I need to make a report, reduce the fields, that the recipient only see a few data in the PDF Document.

Need some advice - i can't find anything helpful about "working with the Enterprise Management Console"

Thanks !!! This is really helpful , especially for those , who dont have access to admin .

I like to ask you one question here , can task be created for sequential loading of 3 QV documents .

Let me give you few details :

I created a application using 3 documents as below :

1) 1st Document is only for data loading (Mutli-source extraction) & generating raw QVDs.

2) 2nd Document is performing necessary transformations & generating intermediate QVDs.

3) 3rd Document is final which is having all reports & dashboards .

All the time i need to load this document sequential .

So can I create task , where i can have option of loading next QV doc if previous QV doc is successfully loaded ?

Example (as mentioned in your site) will be a great help .

Hi Bhushan,

Is your Qlikview Server V9 or V8.5?

If version 9, your admin will create three tasks and chain them together using Task Completion triggers.

If V8.5, your admin will create 3 tasks and place them in a Qlikview Job. This requires QV Publisher.
