Apps Still Show for User in AccessPoint

Hi,

I have a user that has a load of apps that still appear when they are logged into access point even though they have been removed as a user from that document within the QMC.  Are there any temp files causing this that can be deleted?

Hi,

You can remove unwanted documents for the user in two steps :

1.Removing that user name from distribution list of the application . which you have done already.

2.From user documents also , check whether the apps are removed. attached a screenshot for your reference .
