Assigning User license to someone who already was assigned a Doc licenses

Hello,

Just wanted to know the best /seamless way to revoke  Doc Cals from 5 super users and assign them with a User license each.

We are in the process of restructuring our licenses and need to assign User license to 5 users who previously had Doc licenses.

Would there be an issue with them getting quarantined ?

What is the best way to do this without interrupting the work flow of these super users?

Any help would be appreciated.

If there is a Named User CAL assigned to a user, this one is used before the Document CAL. Once the user has logged in, and this license has been used for the first time, all the assigned Document CALs can be safely removed without interfering with the user access.
