is there any way to delete them, whil respecting some criterias like a certain period of time?

Hi,

Document CALs have to be removed from the document. Are you talking about User CALs? If so there is utility in the powertools that will help. It is called "Qv User Manager 11"

The community member David VASSEUR has posted a very useful application created by its company (Excelcio), the Server CAL Manager.

This tool allows you to delete unused document CALS for a number of days using both a graphical UI or a batch process.

Take a look at it, probably it's what you're looking for.
