Automatic leasing with a user from another domain

Hello,

Following my other thread About leasing a license from a different server automatically

I would need someone to confirm the below.

If I log in on a pc with domain1\user, but I need to lease a license from another server with domain2\user, would the update of the lease be automatic as it would happen in a usual scenario (where we log in with the same user as the one from active directory defined in the qmc and as mentioned in the above thread).

Hello Ashfaq,

I'll try the suggestion by adding also the @domain2\user1 to the qvp (since i need to lease with a user from another domain) and will let you know if it works.

Hi Ashfaq,

I'm just trying the batch with the qvp command.

It'll ask for the user's password (domain2\user), so I guess I can't lease automatically ?
