Automatic license management

We have 100 licenses and more than 500 employees using QlikView applications. Is there an automatic license freeing method of which I don't know? For example, if a user has not used the license for 30 days, it is made available for another user automatically. For now, we are manually freeing licenses from QMC.

Anyone have a better method than the manual one?

Thank you.

Hi Nelson,

Re: Automatic license management

Hi Colin,

Yes we have, but the Licence must be assigned to an especific user for security matters. I´d like to know if there´s a tool or an option to help me out with that, instead of doing it manually.

Cheers

Re: Automatic license management

The QV Power Tools have scripts that can be used to create and allocate users
