In 9.0 SR1 QEMC, under QVS Statistics - Performance, I've seen the CPULoad stat anywhere from 0 to 5. What does this integer signify?

This value is the average of the % CPU load recorded during the measure interval. As stated in the QVS Reference Manual, page 205, for SR1.
