One of the task swhich my users perform after analysis of the data is to export the data to a .CSV file. The .CSV file is delivery to a third party who opens the file using MS-ACCESS. Several of our fields include commas in the data which parses incorrectly if the delimiter is a comma. With our previous BI tool we were able to change the default delimiter from a comma to a different character, we chose to use a pipe ' | ' . Is there a setting which can be changed prior to the export of the data which will allow us to change the default delimiter for the .CSV file. Our users access Qlikview via the Web so the change would have to be either a global setting or accessible via the web interface.
