Cannot access the accesspoint

Hi Everyone ,

Whenever i turn the firewall off , i can see the accesspoint but when i turn it on acesspoint cannot be seen .

Clearly firewall is blocking the accesspoint .  My network team says port 80 and 4747 are open .

So any idea on how to check what the issues are ?? I  tried netstat -a -n on my server it says 0:0:0:0:80 as listening

So can any one tell me where am i going wrong

Hi Vikram,

Can you tell which version of QlikView you are using . Send the screenshot of error also.

qlikview 11 SR1 Build no 11282 on Windows Server 2008 SP1

Error :- Internet Explorer cannot display the web page .

If turning off the firewall makes it work, then something isn't setup correctly with the firewall on. Need to make sure port 80 and 4747 are open in and out.
