Change from User Bookmark to Document Bookmark

Hi,

How could i change a created 'user bookmark' via AP to a Document Bookmark .I don't want to use the share to everyone functionality, the bookmark must be included in the document.

Have you tried doing an open in server, export the bookmark, then open the document and import it?
