Hi Federico,

Is there possibly a firewall blocking port 4747?

Hi,

a) you have to make sure you have a CAL assigned to the user you are trying to connect with to the server.

b) that yout licence allows leasing a CAL.

Where i can see that??

a) you have to make sure you have a CAL assigned to the user you are trying to connect with to the server.

I activate a licence in the past to this user.

b) that yout licence allows leasing a CAL.

Yes i check this option in QMC

For a)

You can see this via QMC menu:

System - tab: Licenses - Qlikview server - tab: CALs - tab: Assigned CALs.

Remember that also the NT name should be equal to the user that is trying to lease the license

For b)

You can see this via QMC menu:

System - tab: Licenses - Qlikview server - tab: Qlikview Server License

In the LEF text there should be something written like "allow license lease....". If there is nothing written there then it may be allowed.

OK, then you should assign a CAL to that user and after try the "open in server" agina to obtain a license.
