Dashboard is not loading in accesspoint

Hi,

The qvw which is published in prod is not loading for few users in accesspoint.

They are able to see the dashboard in accesspoint, after they click it opens, but it does not even load the landing page.

It shows just a white screen.

What might be the issue here?

Can someone please help me?

Thanks in advance.

It might be RAM Utilization is going to High.

Thanks,

The file is opened in accesspoint, so it will use the Server RAM.

And the server RAM is huge, so i don't feel it will affect it.

Hi,

Do you have any type of section access?

Do you have connection problems?

Hi Jose,

We have given the user the access in QMC, but we have not used any section access in file.

We dont get much connection problems, i can able to open the dashboard without any issues.

One thing to try is opening the dashboard in IE (uses the IE Plugin) and Chrome/Fire Fox (Uses AJAX). If you get a white screen for both, upload your qvs log and I can take a look.

They have access to open only in accesspoint.

They tried to open in IE and Chrome both, but did not work in either.(AJAX Version)

This is a weird one.

Can you open the dashboard via the Qlikview Desktop? If so, I would recommend opening it, fully reload it, save, then distribute to the Access Point again and see if that fixes it.
