DateStamp in log files: How to prevent leading zeros

I have three servers running QlikView 9 Server/Publisher. In two instances, application logs are generated with a line item date format like this:

9/7/2010

One server has the following format:

09/07/10

How is this format controlled?

i don't know exactly what logs you refer to, but my guess is the date format follows the regional settings of the machine they are running on.
