Deployment with logfiles from Server

Hi,

has someone already experience to read from server logfiles, how often the task running on Management Console? I attached a picture with information, which I need....

I know where the logfieles located, but it is hard to read all files. Because it has many many subfolders etc and the logs are writing every day etc.

It would be great, if someone can help me here.
