Distribution Job removes records from table????

This tables should have 365 * 3 records in it and it does after reload manually and from thr published. BUT for some reason when I distribute the qvw to the access point it strips all but one record from the table. The distribution job looks like below:

Sales Distribution Distribute the document.
To the following recipients:
jma\qlikview
The task has following triggers: Triggered upon success of another task

There is no reduce and there is definitly not loop in this process. I don't understand what is happening. The same qvw file worked in 8.5 AND it works when I reload in 9 just not distribute?? Any help would definitly be great.
