Thanks everyone for being willing to help me!

The solution to the problem was really different and was provided by a colleague of mine that has experienced this issue in the past.

The size of the .Shared file is over 1.5GB and this is the cause of the problem.

The solution was this:

  1. Stop the Qlik Services
  2. Rename the .Shared file
  3. Restart Services
  4. Reassign DOC CALs to the document.
  5. Stop the Qlik Services
  6. Rename the .Shared file back to its original name
  7. Restart Qlik Services.
  8. Up and running!!!

Thanks again for your help!

Hi Demetrios,

Have you checked your license? How many document CAL's does your license say you have?

You can check this by going to System => Licenses => QlikView Server => QlikView Server License.

DISABLE_DMS;YES;;

FORCE_AUTHENTICATION;YES;;

NAMED_CAL_BY_MACHINE_ID;NO;;

NUMBER_OF_DOCUMENTCALS;45;;

NUMBER_OF_USERCALS;25;;

PRODUCTLEVEL;10;;

I think this is a good place to start.

This is not a problem:

NUMBER_OF_DOCUMENTCALS;220;;

Did you restart the QlikView Server services? Seems like server stability is gone...

Did the QlikView server experience any other errors at the time of the reload or immediately after?

Hi,

what about the .pgo files in the root folder? Are they corrupted?

Do you have a backup of those files?
