Document CAL licenses

We have noticed that if you assign Document CAL's to a document and then either rename or delete the document you temporarily lose the Document CAL licenses until you restore that document and release the licenses.

Is there any way to get a list of which docuemnts the Document licenses have been assigned to? We are using the XML QVPR repository and not SQL.

Marian,

Yes, I believe this is a known limitation. I've heard talk from Qliktech Support that there are plans to resolve this in version 10.0, scheduled to be released late this year. I believe this information is stored in CalData.pgo--unfortunately, the file is encrypted and not human-readable.

Stop QVS service, delete all .PGO files you find in ..\QlikTech folder, start QVS and reassign Document CAL to your documents, Regards.

I can vouch that this bug still exists in QV10.  Has anyone tried it in QV11?
