However, after having associate the user and the document in my QMC, when the user tries to access the document, he has a pop up with : "Failed to open document, You don't have access to this document".
Here is how I did proceed on the QMC :
on the "User Documents" tab > "MyDocuments.qvw" > "Document Cals" tab, I wrote "1" in "Number of Cals allocated to this document", then apply
I added my specific user, then apply
I reloaded my document
I restarted every Qlikview services
After that, when the user log in the access point : there is no document, and when he tries to access with the URL, he has the pop up I wrote above.
My configuration :
Small Business Edition 11 SR2
Do you any clues how to solve this ? Did I do something wrong in the process ?
