I am not able to open a document on access point.
It was getting opened till 2 days back.
When I am trying top open it, it is opening and getting closed immediately,
then again opening and then closing.
It is stuck in infinite loop.
Can somebody please suggest what the issue can be.

Have you tried opening it via IE, FireFox and/or Chrome? IE will utilize the plugin, while the other 2 utilize the ajax client. Let me know if it closes on all 3 options.

But I figured out the reason for this weird behavior.
I did upgrade 2 days back but did server upgrade and not publisher, that's why it was happening.
Once I updated both the issue seems to have gone.
