Document not showing in Access Point

Excuse my lack of tech. language, I'm fairly new to QV and not an IT person, and I'm not familiar with the correct terminology.

On Access Point, we have 2 documents that all our users can see, 1 is the live version that everyone can access, the other is a test version that only the 5 super users can access.  I'm trying to put another test version into Access Point for our super users to access before we move this version over to be our live version.

The new test document is sat in the same root folder as the 2 versions that are showing in Access Point, and in QMC the settings for both test versions appear identical.  However I can't see the latest test version in Access Point.

Depending on your authorization mode, you may need to also set the folder and file permissions accordingly.

These are identical for all 3 versions.

Found it, the security settings were different.  Thanks for the tip swuehl
