I've been looking for a recent manual off the API, can't find any .....
Secondly, the real question, I'm looking for a way to get the last reload time of a document in a c# .NEt environment.
I'm already launching the reload itself (foudn a wonderfull example on the site).
But i would like to first display the last reload time, and in to nearby not let th user do the reload ....
